Spanish–English document translation for immigration practices

Ichundu translates legal and immigration documents from Spanish to English and English to Spanish for US law firms. Our workflow includes translation, review and formatting. Send the documents, case type and filing deadline; we will confirm pricing and delivery before work begins. Signed certification is available on request and quoted separately.

What your firm gets with every file

  • Signed certification available on request and quoted separately
  • We preserve names and dates from the source and flag discrepancies with reference documents you provide
  • Complete documents — seals, stamps, marginalia and the back of the page, not just the printed text
  • Predictable turnaround so paralegals can calendar filings with confidence
  • Per-document pricing you can pass straight through to the client
  • One point of contact for every file, instead of a different freelancer on every case
One point of contact, consistent formatting, and a monthly plan for your firm's translation workload. Your paralegal sends the file and calendars the filing.

Case types we translate every day

Family-based petitions (I-130, I-485): birth, marriage, divorce and adoption records.

Naturalization (N-400): civil records, foreign court and police documents.

Asylum and removal proceedings (EOIR): police reports, medical records, news articles and country-condition evidence — translated complete, nothing summarized.

Employment-based cases (H-1B, L-1, PERM): diplomas, transcripts, professional licenses and employment letters.

How a Firm Account Works

1. Send the file

Email the PDF or a clear photo, or use this form. A paralegal can send it on the attorney’s behalf — we only need the source document and, if relevant, the case type.

2. Quote by document count

Choose $9.95 USD per document or $7.95 USD per document for orders of 20 documents or more. The unlimited monthly plan is $290 USD for the first month, then $450 USD/month. Certification is quoted separately.

3. Translation and second-linguist review

We preserve names and dates as written in the source document. If you provide a passport or filing form, we flag discrepancies for your firm’s review. Seals, stamps and marginal notes are included, and illegible text is identified.

4. Delivery of your translation

Your translation is delivered as a PDF. We confirm delivery after reviewing document volume, complexity and your filing deadline. Signed certification is available when requested and quoted separately.

Immigration court translations require a signed, legible or typed certification of competence and accuracy (8 CFR 1003.33). Tell us the receiving agency or court and your filing deadline. Certification is provided when requested and included in a separate quote.
